James Goldstein - CEO and Director
James Goldstein is a "true" South Florida native, born in Miami Beach, and has been in the South Florida real estate and property management industry for nearly three decades. He has been a principal owner, Director and CEO of Midgard Management since its founding in 1998. Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Miami Beach Senior High and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami. He has been a South Florida real estate broker since 1976.
Anders U. Schroeder - Chairman and Director
Anders Schroeder has been involved in real estate for 35 years. He is a law graduate of Aarhus and Copenhagen Universities and served as a law partner in the Danish law firm of O. Bondo Svane for 14 years. He is the former CEO of Jacob Holm, a Copenhagen Stock Exchange company involved in real estate development and industrial businesses where he served for 11 years.
Mr. Schroeder is the chairman/CEO of Asgard, Ltd, a Guernsey company with real estate investments and developments in the U.S. and Europe. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Midgard.
Henning Kruse Petersen - Director
Mr. Petersen, an LLM graduate from Aarhus University in Denmark, currently serves on the boards of numerous public and private companies, including Midgard and its parent company, Asgard Ltd, C.W.Obel A/S, a private industrial and real estate investment company, Scandinavian Private Equity A/S, a Danish public company investing in international private equity funds and EQT Funds, the largest Northern European sponsor of private equity investment funds, and Sund & Baelt Holding A/S, the parent company responsible for the overall management of its wholly owned subsidiaries, A/S Storebælt, A/S Øresund and Femern Baelt A/S. In addition, he serves as Chairman of EAC and Finansiel Stabilitet A/S, the government-sponsored institution for bank restructuring in Denmark. He is the former Managing Director of Nykredit, Denmark's largest mortgage institution, as well as Unibank and Sparekassen, both prominent Danish lending institutions now owned by Nordea. Additionally, he is a member of the US Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board - International Division of Europe & Eurasia.
Daniel Goldstein - Vice President
Daniel Goldstein is a native of Miami, Florida and the third generation of the Miller family that includes such South Florida real estate pioneers as his grandfather, Irving Miller, his uncle Leonard Miller (Lennar) and cousin Stuart Miller (Lennar).
Since 2002, Mr. Goldstein has been responsible for a property management portfolio that includes rental and condominium office, retail and mixed-use properties. His responsibilities include tenant and owner relations, vendor contracts, lease negotiations, tenant build-outs and budgeting. He is a Real Property Administrator (RPA), a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and a Florida licensed real estate broker. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Aaron Goldstein - Director of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Goldstein is a native of Miami, Florida and the third generation of the Miller family that includes such South Florida real estate pioneers as his grandfather, Irving Miller, his uncle Leonard Miller (Lennar) and cousin Stuart Miller (Lennar).
Mr. Goldstein was a top producer in residential real estate brokerage prior to joining Midgard. From 2004 to 2006, he directed sales of The Bank Condominium, Midgard’s 84 unit mixed use loft condominium in Miami. From 2006 to present, Mr. Goldstein has directed the sales and marketing of Midgard Group’s developments and property management services. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida.
Elia Silverman - Controller
Ms. Silverman has lead our Accounting Department since 2009 and has valued experience with both government regulated and private companies. Ms. Silverman has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and the private sector where she provided a wide array of services to clients in various industries including construction, real estate development, government, hospitality, software and finance. Ms. Silverman obtained her Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii - West Oahu. Ms. Silverman served as Honorary Consul of Mexico to Hawaii for five years and as treasurer of the Hawaii Consular Corps.
Lynn-Ann Ierna - Director of Property Management
Ms. Ierna joined Midgard Management in 2008 and is responsible for the oversight of all property management services. She has 22 years of senior property management experience with Cushman Wakefield, CBRE, and Trammell Crow Company. She was the 2007/2008 BOMA Property Manager of the Year in Broward County and has won four Toby Awards. Mrs. Ierna has Bachelor's degree in Economics from American University, Washington, D.C.
Manny Hadad - Construction Manager
Mr. Hadad directs all of Midgard Management's construction activities, including the bidding, selection and supervision of general contractors. He is at the forefront of green construction and has overseen the construction of LEED-certified hurricane resistant buildings.
As construction management consultant prior to joining Midgard, Mr. Hadad represented developers in the management of their general contractors and construction-related activities, ensuring that projects were done to specifications, on time and on budget. Formerly, he served as Vice President of Construction Management for Carlisle Development Group, an affordable housing developer in Miami.
Mr. Hadad has a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida, a master's in Construction Management from Florida International University and a State of Florida Certified General Contractor's license. He recently received his LEED AP accreditation from United States Green Building Council.
